Collection: ABOUT
A Southern California native, I was born and raised as a true Valley Girl, with a story that echoes the essence of “A Star Is Born,” but with my own unique twist. Just like the lyrics say, ‘She’s a young girl livin’ in Reseda, there’s a freeway running through her yard,’ my journey began with the beats of Michael Jackson, Madonna, and my forever favorite, Duran Duran.
I started out in the church choir, lent my voice to countless weddings, and even spent time as a choir teacher at church camp. But everything changed when I began writing my own songs. That’s when I crossed paths with Multi-Platinum artist Austin John Winkler of Hinder. We connected on a deep, musical level and started collaborating while he was recording his solo EP, Love Sick Radio. As our music intertwined, so did our lives—we fell madly in love, creating unforgettable memories together.
I co-wrote and lent my voice to tracks like “The Plague” and “Clique 2 Follow” on Love Sick Radio (2016). We toured the U.S., headlined at the legendary Whiskey A Go Go in Hollywood, and on Valentine’s Day of 2016, we got engaged. But just as our love story reached its peak, fate took a tragic turn. A week before our wedding, Austin relapsed, and his battle with alcoholism ended our romance.
Today, Austin is alive, sober, and back to making music. My upcoming album is a tribute to the karmic love I shared with a rock star. It’s a deeply personal project, and I can’t wait to share it with you. As I finalize this chapter, I’m already beginning to write the next. Stay tuned—there’s so much more to come.
